South West Health, a large organisation, came to us with the intention to promote on of their many services – The Employee Assistance Program – or EAP. A service that offers counselling to all staff and their families, the intention of this video was to generate an awareness of the service primarily within the organisation among staff but also externally, to promote strong positive brand awareness.
We covered sites all around the hospital in a bid to create a full immersive service insight video, from which, all staff could see themselves represented. Subsequently, allowing a more comfortable transition into counselling should they need it. By producing a video of a familiar face, amongst familiar faces and familiar places – we normalised the service and engaged staff to the point where they felt comfortable utilising and talking about it.
